My day job is paying me enough that I can afford to do grown-up things, so I bought an X-Box 360 with my first paycheck. I just wanted a toy to make the money feel real, before I start saving for mortgages and my kids’ braces and crap, you know?
“Michael J Funk” on X-Box Live. Look me up, we can play halo and cowboys together.
Oh, and don’t worry, my “1 or 2 arguably coherent blog posts a month” streak should proceed uninterrupted. Probably not much more than that, though. Every blog post is a comic page I didn’t write, which sort of defeats the whole purpose of the blog. I suppose I’ll have more to put on here once I’ve written more comics, and I get published, and interviewed, and reviewed, and acclaimed, and Stan Lee takes me aside at the Eisner awards and tells me I’m his greatest creation, relating my triumphs as a writer to something he did in WWII.
Anyway, I have Red Dead Redemption, Ghostbusters, Fable II, a terrible Hellboy game and next month, Halo Reach, because it has jetpacks. What else do I need?
Actually, do the Eisners have an actual ceremony?
